Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Conduct needs-based customer reviews to provide tailored insurance recommendations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and work ethic in all interactions.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education.
- Accurately document and report daily activities and communications to the supervising agent.
