Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance options
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and daily commitment to success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively within a team environment and support office operations as needed
