Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Engage with clients as the primary point of contact for insurance-related needs
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, policy changes, and claims support
- Educate clients on available Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance options
- Utilize an active Property & Casualty license; pursue Life & Health license if not already held
- Contribute to agency growth through proactive client outreach and lead generation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through value-based conversations
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service for policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Educate clients on insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Support the claims process and assist clients throughout their insurance journey
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and policy retention
- Generate and develop leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
