Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Full-time customer service position within an established insurance agency
- Directly interacts with clients to provide insurance-related support and guidance
- Requires active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and in-person interactions
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Assist with processing policy updates, endorsements, and documentation as required
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports and provide updates to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively within the agency team to achieve service and business goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license required
- Prior experience working in an insurance agency setting
- Ability to work on-site during office hours, Monday through Friday
