Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Summary

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to address insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing clarifications
- Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options to support their needs and circumstances
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based process to identify and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency best practices
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and activity reports
