As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will use your expertise and active Property & Casualty (P&C) license to assist customers with their insurance needs, resolve concerns, and support agency goals. You will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to new and existing clients. Your day-to-day work will include responding to questions about insurance coverage, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims, billing, and general servicing needs. By leveraging advanced tools and systems, you will ensure every client interaction is documented and aligned with team objectives. You will also play a key role in cross-selling or recommending additional coverage options based on customer needs, supporting both the agency’s growth and the client’s financial security.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong verbal and written communication skills, are highly organized, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service or account management role, especially within the insurance industry, is highly valued. An active P&C insurance license is required, and a Life & Health license is preferred.
