Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Utilize your active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to provide accurate insurance information and recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility.
- Educate customers on insurance products and services using a customer-focused review process.
- Facilitate policy updates, transfers, and claim submissions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation and provide timely activity reports to the agent.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
