Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, addressing inquiries and providing policy information.
- Utilize your P&C, Life & Health insurance licenses to advise on and process coverage options and changes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, transfers, claims, and billing explanations.
- Educate clients about insurance options and benefits through needs-based review processes.

- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
