Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Utilize active P&C and Life & Health licenses to educate clients on coverage options and policy details.
- Foster long-term client relationships through value-driven conversations and a commitment to exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to help clients understand and select the best insurance products for their individual needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns or service needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and activities, providing timely reports to agency management.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and licensing requirements through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve agency goals and deliver a consistent client experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task in a team environment
