Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with clients through friendly, professional interactions
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance products, policy changes, coverages, billing, and claims
- Conduct needs-based reviews to recommend appropriate insurance solutions for clients
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ethical conduct in all communications
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Efficiently process policy changes, transfers, and documentation updates as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain workflow efficiency
- Provide thorough activity reports and updates to the agency principal or manager
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, industry regulations, and continuing education requirements
