Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Interact daily with clients to provide expert service and guidance on insurance products
- Deliver value-based conversations to support business growth and client satisfaction
- Maintain required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Auto, Fire)
- Support team initiatives and agency goals through proactive engagement
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate customers on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
