Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis in Oxon Hill, MD. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your expertise and interpersonal skills to address client needs, provide insurance guidance, and deliver exceptional service throughout the insurance process. Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively reaching out and following up as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring friendly and professional service at all times.
- Assist clients with questions regarding insurance products, policy changes, coverage options, eligibility, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients about available insurance solutions and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their needs.
- Uphold a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving daily success for the agency and its clients.
- Utilize company systems and tools to document customer interactions and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Support additional office operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated individual who takes pride in completing work accurately and on time.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license is required or must be obtained.
- Willingness to stay up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education.
