Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Position OverviewThe Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role within an independent State Farm agency team. In this full-time position, you will provide essential support to clients, delivering outstanding service and expert guidance on a range of insurance products. This role is suited for a licensed, motivated professional who thrives on creating meaningful customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing timely follow-ups and addressing their ongoing insurance needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Apply a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate individuals about the full spectrum of insurance options available through the agency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, striving for success and accuracy in all daily tasks.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring all client transactions and communications are accurately documented.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and fulfill continuing education obligations as needed for the role.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written, verbal, and listening channels

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation structure comprising base pay plus commission.
