We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Parma, OH. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients by answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries about insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and encourage customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with questions regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options, supporting both service and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (required).
- Active Ohio Life and Health License (required).
- Previous experience with State Farm or other insurance providers is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ECRM, or Agency Management Systems such as Necho.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively solve problems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to assess customer needs and adapt to a service or sales focus as necessary.
- Commitment to remaining current on product changes, licensing requirements, and continuing education.
