Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative Position OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Property and Casualty (P&C) license to join a dynamic State Farm Agent team in New Berlin, WI. This in-office, full-time opportunity invites qualified professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients with their insurance needs. As a member of a successful State Farm Agent office, you will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service throughout every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing follow-up and support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy changes, coverage options, billing, transfers, and claim submissions.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate commitment to the team’s success on a daily basis.
- Provide regular, thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and effective communication within the team.
- Stay current on insurance product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required; Life and Health license preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competency with computer functions and willingness to learn new systems as needed.
