Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction with insurance products and services.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about a range of insurance options, helping them make informed decisions based on their individual needs.
- Demonstrate a consistent commitment to customer service excellence and maintain a strong work ethic in all interactions.
- Document client interactions and provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agency agent to ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to provide up-to-date information and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Active state licenses in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance (required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written, verbal, and listening channels.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to achieving timely and accurate results.
