Job Overview
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. A Property and Casualty insurance license is required.

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Property and casualty license
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
