Larry Poole – State Farm Agency located in Bossier City, LA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment with high walk-in and phone traffic, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team!

- This is an in-office position must be able to make the commute to our Bossier City, LA office location for work Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty license
- Life and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Current or previous State Farm experience or Independent Agent is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong professionalism and work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus!
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
