Licensed Insurance Assistant - Summary
- Serve as a vital team member within an independent insurance agency, supporting daily operations and client engagement.
- Provide top-tier customer service while ensuring all client communications are handled with professionalism and accuracy.
- Leverage your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to support policy administration, client education, and agency growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to help clients understand their insurance options and coverage requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and work ethic, striving for excellence and accuracy in all tasks.
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agency leadership to support operational transparency and process improvement.
- Remain updated on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing continuing education.

- Property & Casualty license – required
- Life and Health license – required
