Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communications and follow-ups
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service both remotely and through digital channels
- Guide customers through a needs-based review process to educate them on insurance options
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily objectives
- Develop and maintain networking relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and secure new service opportunities with current and prospective clients
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all customer interactions and documentation
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to management

- State Farm or related insurance agency experience required
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life and Health license required
