Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to offer comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Leverage prior insurance experience, particularly in State Farm agency operations.
- Contribute to agency growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and prospects.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to achieving agency goals.
- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Generate timely and thorough activity reports for agency management.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and required continuing education.
- Adhere to all applicable compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license (required).
