Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Life and Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to address inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to review client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to success and continuous improvement.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management.
- Stay up to date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Active Life and Health insurance license required.
- Previous experience with State Farm products is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, listening), and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
