Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate lasting customer relationships, responding to client inquiries and following up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service as the first point of contact for policyholders
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and business growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail in handling sensitive customer information
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparent communication and up-to-date client records

- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
- Prior experience with State Farm or other related insurance agency operations (required)
