This remote position is open to qualified candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Demonstrated experience with State Farm or related insurance agencies
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Active Life & Health license

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to clients
- Educate customers about insurance products using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current on product offerings, licensing requirements, and industry developments
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary with commission and bonus opportunities
- PTO including vacation and personal/sick days

Qualifications & Requirements
- State Farm or related insurance experience required
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license required
