Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to existing and prospective clients
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance products and options
- Maintain a high standard of ethics and a commitment to daily success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Deliver thorough and timely activity reports to the agency team
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary complemented by performance bonuses

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience with State Farm or another recognized insurance provider (required)
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
