Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to clients
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and coverage
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both current and prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation using industry-standard ECRM systems
- Process BOD, CCC opportunities, CCC cases, and late payment follow-ups in accordance with agency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure underwriting requests and shared folders are managed efficiently
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience with State Farm or a related insurance agency
- Current or ability to obtain Colorado Property & Casualty license
- Current or ability to obtain Arizona Property & Casualty license
- Current or ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license
- Proficiency in insurance administrative processes, including CCC and BOD management
- Familiarity with ECRM documentation and note-taking for effective follow-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling confidential information
