Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and professionalism
- Engage in ongoing communication with clients to follow up on inquiries, provide policy updates, and address service needs
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and networking within the community
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to questions about policy availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on available insurance products using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Prepare insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to help clients find optimal coverage
- Maintain a consistent work ethic and demonstrate commitment to achieving daily and long-term success
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and provide seamless service

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license highly preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales strongly desired
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
