Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and community involvement.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Market and recommend appropriate products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance policies.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Follow up with clients as needed to address questions, policy adjustments, and claim submissions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales targets and contribute to overall office success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
