Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service to existing policyholders, addressing their coverage questions, billing issues, and policy updates.
- Manage client files and documentation efficiently using State Farm tools such as CCC and EC.
- Sell a comprehensive range of insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and other State Farm offerings.
- Develop and nurture client relationships by following up on leads and maintaining regular communication.
- Accurately quote policies and work diligently to close new business opportunities.
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment by contributing ideas and maintaining open communication.
- Stay informed about the latest insurance products and regulatory requirements to ensure clients receive current and accurate information.

Qualifications & Requirements
- State Farm agency experience is required to ensure familiarity with processes and systems.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory.
