Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, precise, and friendly customer service in all client interactions
- Educate clients on available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Maintain a proactive work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality with all sensitive client information
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Provide comprehensive and timely activity reports to the agent
- Utilize digital tools and strategies to enhance client service and agency efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience working with State Farm insurance (required)
- Active Arizona Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Arizona Life and Health insurance license (preferred, not required)
- Availability to work standard office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
