Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) to join an established State Farm agency team. This full-time, remote opportunity offers an engaging environment for insurance professionals dedicated to delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. As part of a team in a well-respected agency with over 50 years serving a rural Arizona community, you will play a key role in meeting customer needs and supporting the agency’s continued growth through digital solutions and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing continuous support and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and customer-focused service with attention to detail.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and policy options using a needs-based approach.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in all interactions.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain a consistent work ethic and commitment to daily success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Stay informed of product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education related to the Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) role.
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty license (required).
- Prior experience working with a State Farm agency (required).
- Ability to work full agency office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable with digital tools and able to learn new computer functions quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arizona Life and Health license (preferred, not required).
