As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in helping individuals, families, and businesses secure appropriate insurance coverage, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of our agency. Responsibilities- Develop new business leads for insurance products through prospecting and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations with potential and existing clients to identify their insurance needs.
- Recommend and explain suitable insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Follow up with clients as needed to address questions, provide information, and support policy renewals or adjustments.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.

Schedule- Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- No late nights or weekend shifts required.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related sales roles (such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple client needs simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is required.
