Working as a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, educating clients about their insurance choices, and providing ongoing support for a variety of insurance needs. The role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, with a focus on delivering both new policies and servicing existing accounts. This position is based in Dallas, TX, and requires in-office attendance to maintain close collaboration with the team and best serve the agency’s client base.
As a valued member of the agency, the Licensed Insurance Agent will leverage proven sales experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health products to meet and exceed sales goals. You’ll use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that align with each client’s unique circumstances. Through effective communication and a strong work ethic, you will play a pivotal role in the agency’s ongoing success and expansion.

Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for new and existing insurance clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Sell and service Life and Health insurance policies to both new and existing policyholders.
- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage changes, policy updates, claims, and billing questions.
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
- Establish and nurture professional networking relationships to expand client base.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
- Demonstrated insurance sales experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers of diverse backgrounds.
