Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and current clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and agency objectives
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with agency policies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance products, services, and industry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Previous sales experience, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers
