Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives within a reputable insurance agency. Your role will involve responding to client inquiries, reviewing insurance options, and assisting with policy management to ensure each customer receives the best possible experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based approach to ensure they are well-informed about their choices.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and a commitment to delivering success every day.
- Support team goals by collaborating with colleagues and providing timely reports to management.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, licensing requirements, and ongoing education to maintain compliance and deliver expert service.
- Participate in sales initiatives, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and client retention efforts.
- Utilize computer systems and tools to process policy applications, manage client records, and track sales activity.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
- Ability to work full-time office hours, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
