Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

- Develop ongoing networking relationships to support business growth
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership
