Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary- Full-time position focused on insurance sales, customer service, and business development

- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales objectives
- Use a consultative, needs-based approach to educate customers about available insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Learn and adapt skills necessary to operate a successful insurance business
- Prepare and present business plans and activity reports as required
