Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments to discuss insurance products and services
- Identify and assess customers’ insurance needs to recommend suitable coverage
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for inquiries regarding policy options, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues as they arise
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Experience in insurance sales highly preferred
- Background in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
