Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture customer relationships and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about appropriate insurance options and coverage solutions.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily success in all assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain timely and thorough activity reports for agency management.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education opportunities.
- Active Property & Casualty license required prior to hire.
- Active Life and Health license required prior to hire.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
