Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related sales roles is preferred.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are highly desirable; must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
