Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and tailored insurance solutions.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance products through needs-based review processes, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success in daily activities and client interactions.
- Utilize organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client accounts and administrative duties efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals while upholding service standards and compliance with industry regulations.

- Provide timely, thorough activity and progress reports to agency management as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
- Ability to work standard office hours, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective written, verbal, and listening communication.
