Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary
- Full-time, in-office role based in Baton Rouge, LA

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Support customers during the claims process and assist with documentation
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong ability to multitask and relate effectively to customers
