- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up and ongoing support as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience
