As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will have the flexibility of working remotely while engaging directly with clients to provide outstanding customer service and support. You will play a key role in building strong relationships, supporting customers with their insurance needs, and delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Your experience with systems such as ECRM, NECHO, and ABS, as well as your understanding of the State Farm Agency model, will enable you to excel in this role and contribute to the agency’s growth and efficiency.

Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary

- Provide outstanding service to clients through calls, emails, and virtual interactions
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and service requests in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up as needed
- Refer potential sales and leads to the agent to support agency growth
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information
- Remain up-to-date on industry products, licensing requirements, and technical developments
- Generate and submit timely activity reports to the agent
- Work collaboratively within a remote team environment
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily excellence

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior State Farm or related insurance experience required (familiarity with ECRM, NECHO, ABS)
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license required
