Responsibilities
- Develop leads through networking and outreach, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Contribute to the growth of the agency by participating in marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in insurance sales or related roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Possesses or is able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective and empathetic customer interactions.
