Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients via digital and traditional channels.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers on insurance options and find suitable coverage solutions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a daily commitment to personal and agency success.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both current and prospective clients.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agency leader.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing updates, technical developments, and required continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior State Farm insurance experience (required).
- Active Arizona Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
- Arizona Life and Health license (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work standard agency office hours, Monday through Friday.
