Licensed Insurance Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. This position is ideal for professionals with recent State Farm experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the insurance industry. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting business growth through effective client engagement and value-based conversations, with a focus on life insurance sales. Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about various insurance options, including life, property, and casualty products.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to expand the agency’s reach.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information at all times.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education as required by the company and regulatory bodies.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent as part of routine communication and performance tracking.
- Recent experience working with a State Farm agency (required).
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to customer service excellence.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Competence in learning and utilizing computer systems and technology relevant to the insurance industry.
