Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client relationships, providing consistent follow-up and support
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options and coverage benefits
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Generate and provide comprehensive activity reports to the agent as required
- Stay current with product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent experience working with State Farm (required)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain (required)
