Key Responsibilities- Develop and pursue leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable insurance products and services to clients in Nashville, TN.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to ensure they understand their insurance options.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success and continuous improvement.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is required for this Licensed Insurance Agent position.
- Life and Health license is preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or service is preferred.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment in Nashville, TN.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to relate effectively to customers and team members.
