Licensed Insurance Agent - Summary- Remote position for experienced State Farm professionals with current insurance licenses
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and value-based insurance solutions

- Develop leads and schedule appointments to expand the customer base
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Engage in ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities
- PTO including vacation and personal/sick days
- Valuable industry experience and training
- Growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the agency
- State Farm experience required for remote work
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
- Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred
