- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options, coverage, and benefits
- Engage in value-based conversations to identify opportunities for new business with both existing and prospective clients
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of client account management
- Prepare and present timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent experience working within a State Farm agency (required)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health insurance license (highly preferred and may be required)
