Licensed Insurance Account Manager - Summary- Provide comprehensive support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with insurance products and services.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for policy changes, billing issues, and claims assistance.
- Contribute to the agency’s mission of protecting what matters most for individuals and families in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals in a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client calls and in-person visits.
- Process billing questions, policy updates, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Educate clients on insurance coverage options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records using agency management systems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Support agency team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with daily tasks, and contributing to a collaborative environment.

- Prior experience working in a State Farm agency is required.
- Active Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health insurance license.
- Strong professional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- Commitment to in-office work hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Experienced in State Farm agency operations, familiar with related policies and procedures.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance.
- Demonstrates a passion for helping clients and solving problems with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player who values integrity and professionalism.
- Thrives in a detail-oriented, customer-driven environment.
